高职院校学生创新创业能力培养的研究与实践

Research and Practice on the Cultivation of Students' Innovative and Entrepreneurial Ability in Higher Vocational Colleges

随着高校扩招、高校毕业生逐年增长,就业难度加大,大学生自主创业逐步成为高校毕业生成才和缓解就业压力的重要途径,而开展创新创业教育是培养创新创业型人才的主要途径。在高等学校人才培养模式多元化的需求下,论文阐述了我国高职院校毕业生创新创业能力培养现在及创新创业能力不足的原因,提出了一些高职院校创新创业能力培训的新方式。

With the expansion of college enrollment, college graduates increased year by year, the employment become more and more difficult, college students self- employed gradually become an important way to ease the employment pressure, and carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship education is the main way to cultivate innovative talents. In the mode of diversified training high school talent demand, this paper expounds the present situation of cultivation of graduates＇ innovative and entrepreneurial ability in higher vocational colleges, and the reasons for deficient ability of innovative and entrepreneurial ability, and puts forward some new ways for the training of innovative and entrepreneurial ability in higher vocational colleges.
