摘要
萃取法是湿法冶金稀土生产加工的主要分离方法,但是在萃取分离过程中,乳化产生不溶物是不可避免的,严重影响了水和有机物的完全分离,并且还会造成大量有机物和稀土资源浪费,无法实现稀土生产加工效益的最大化,该行业也对这种现象做出了很多研究。论文对萃取分离乳化产生的不溶物进行了预处理,同时采用X荧光光谱法对不溶物的成分进行了分析。
The extraction method is the main production and processing of rare earth hydrometallurgy separation method, but in the extraction process, the emulsion produced insoluble is inevitable, seriously affecting the complete separation of water and organic matter, and it will cause a large amount of organic matter and rare earth waste of resources, maximize the processing efficiency of rare earth production was implemented, the industry also made a lot of research on this phenomenon. Based on the extraction and separation of emulsion produced insoluble by pretreatmvnt, while the insoluble components were analyzed by X fluorescence spectrometry.
