中国地级及以上城市区域综合发展水平及其类型

Regional Comprehensive Development Level and Its Types of Prefecture Level Cities or above in China

从经济发展、城镇化、经济效益、居民生活、外向度和区域联系等6个方面,构建了地级单元区域综合发展水平测度的指标体系,测算了2012年中国地级以上城市的综合发展水平、发展协调度,并依据综合发展、协调度指数,对中国地级以上城市发展类型进行了划分。研究表明：综合发展及其6个子系统指数、协调度指数、发展类型均存在明显的空间差异;东部沿海地区综合发展和协调度指数较高的城市在空间上彼此接近,形成若干高值集聚区;中西部地区省会城市和资源型城市发展水平也相对较高,低值区域主要分布在自然条件复杂多样的胡焕庸人口分布线沿线及其西北侧,总体上呈现出东高西弱、阶梯状减弱的空间格局;较高水平初级协调型以上的城市数量不多,主要集中在东部沿海地区;中等发展水平以下的城市大多为勉强协调型、濒临失调型、轻度失调型和中度失调型。

From six aspects in economic development, urbanization, economic benefits, residents, extroverted degree and regional contact, this article has built an index system of regional comprehensive development level measures and development coordination degree, and estimated comprehensive development level and development coordination degree of prefecture level cities or above in China of 2012, then the development types were divided of prefecture level cities or above in China based on comprehensive development level and coordinating degree index. The research shows that： the comprehensive development and six subsystems, coordination degree index, the types of development have obvious spatial differences; Comprehensive development and coordination degree index is higher in the east coastal cities close to each other in space, to form a number of high value agglomeration areas; Capital cities in the Midwest and resource- based city development level is relatively high, low value area are mainly distributed in complex natural conditions of ＂Hu Huanyong Line ＂and its northwest, presents high in east and abates the spatial pattern of ladder; Cities over higher levels of primary coordination type low in west own a few, mainly concentrated in the eastern coastal areas; Cities below the medium level of development are barely coordination, on the verge of disorder, mild disorder and moderate disorders; Administrative power, investment in fixed assets and economical extroverted degree are the main factors of affecting the regional comprehensive development level and the regional development type.
