摘要
对提升再造烟叶网部留着率进行了研究,结果表明:(1)不同湿重浆料留着率由高至低依次为5.5>4.5>5.0>5.3>4.8,湿重5.5g时浆料留着率最高为62.51%。(2)使用改进后的成形板,网部留着率提升至73.49%。(3)总压148mmH_2O、唇口开度11.5mm、摆振转速300r/min时,留着率最大。根据极差分析影响留着率从大到小的参数为摆振转速>唇口开度>流浆箱总压。(4)使用某品牌新助剂,对应的白水浓度、留着率有相应的提高,网部留着率可达64.67%。在助剂添加比例0.2%时,网部留着率最高为61.4%;在助剂添加比例0.18%时,填料留着率最高为83.2%。
The research of ascending the retention in wire part of reconstituted tobacco leaf was studied in this paper. The results show as follows:(1) the order of different pulp with different wet weight from high to low ranks as 5.5〉4.5〉5.0〉5.3〉4.8, the highest wire part retention is 62.51% when the wet weight is 5.5g;(2) the wire part retention increases to 73.49% when use of improved forming board;(3) the wire part retention is the highest when the total pressure is 148 mmH2O column, the opening of the head box lip is 11.5 mm, the shaking speed is 300r/min;(4) by using some brand new additives, the corresponding water concentration and the wire part retention have a corresponding increase, even the wire part retention is 64.67%. The highest retention rate in wire part keeps up to 61.4% when additives is added by 0.2%, the highest fi ller retention reaches up to 83.2% when additives added by 0.18%.
