乳液型烘缸剥离剂在高速箱纸板机生产中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 以再生纸浆生产箱纸板的实际生产为基础,采用烘缸和干网喷涂的方式,应用乳液型烘缸剥离剂进行了生产控制研究。统计了添加烘缸剥离剂前后纸机的断头次数、成纸单位面积内胶黏物的个数等数据,测试了纸页表面平滑度、吸水性等性能。根据纸机的实际生产情况,在生产90g/m^2箱纸板,纸机车速在1350m/min左右时,烘缸剥离剂的添加量为5.5m l/s时,黏缸问题得到很好的控制,纸机断头次数最少,纸页性能得到了提高。 Based on the actual production of boxboard made from recycled pulp, the application of emulsion-type dryer stripping agent was studied by cylinder and dry felt spraying. Before and after the addition of the dryer stripping agent, the times of the paper machine broken, and the adhesives content per unit area of the paper were determined. Moreover, the surface smoothness and water absorption of the paper products were measured. According to the actual production of the paper machine, when the addition amount of the stripping agent was 5.5ml/s, the problem of sticking cylinder was well controlled in the production of 90g/m^2 boxboard paper, when paper machine speed at 1350m/min, and the number of web breakage was the least, and the paper properties were greatly improved.
