浸泡法在湿强剂评估中的应用

Application of soaking method in the estimation of wet strength agent

研究了一种评估湿强剂效果的新方法—浸泡法。结果显示:使用双胶纸、瓦楞原纸、挂面白纸板、滤纸作为原材料,用浸泡法均能评估湿强剂效果,其中滤纸效果最明显且重复性强,可替代传统抄片法评估湿强剂效果。

A new method of estimating wet strength agent was developed. The result shows that taken offset paper, corrugated paper, liner board paper, filter paper as detecting materials, the wet strengthening effect can be assessed by soaking method, among which the effect is the most obvious and repeatable with filter paper taken as detecting material. It can replace traditional handsheet method in assessing wet strength agent.
