摘要
为避免延误引起的离港航班长时间关门等待,西南空管局于2013年投产使用协同放行系统(CDM)。为进一步提高系统的稳定性与准确性,下一步建设需要对现有的系统运行品质进行分析,找出评价指标,提出改进意见。据此,在采集大量运行数据的基础上,本文采用系统可接受延误水平作为评价指标,结合其它辅助参数,利用数理统计方法,总结出了系统的运行特征,找出了系统的运行缺陷,提出了改进意见与建议,为下一步系统完善提供了参考。
To avoid long delay after pilot closing the cabin door, the collaborative decision- making system (CDM) was put into use at SWATMB in 2013. In order to improve the stability and accuracy of the system, it needs to analyze the operational quality, find out the evaluation index, and put forward the suggestions. On the basis of collecting a large amount of data, this paper uses acceptable delay level as the evaluation index. Combining with other auxiliary parameters, the author uses mathematical method to sum up the running characteristics of the system, finds out the operational defects, and puts forward suggestions for improvement.
