工程教育理念下的结构设计竞赛研究

工程教育专业认证理念以学生为中心,以成果为导向,坚持持续质量改进,是提高应用型人才培养质量的必然趋势。在此教育理念的指导下,探讨了以全体学生需求为中心的结构设计竞赛赛题的设计。以结构设计竞赛为平台,积极开展教学改革探索,研究结构设计竞赛在工程教育成果导向中的支撑作用。同时,提出大学生结构设计竞赛平台建设持续改进的对策。文章提出的思路和措施对于土木工程专业的应用型人才培养综合改革具有较好的借鉴意义。

The programmatic accreditation of engineering education based on the new concept of being student- centered, outcome-based and continuous improvement is the future trend for improving talent training quality. In this paper, the design of contest problems of the student-centered structural competition is discussed under the guidance of the concept of engineering education. Based on the platform of structural design competition, the teaching reform is carried out to promote teaching, and the supporting role of the structural design competition in the engineering education is researched. At the same time, the proposals of continuous improvement for the platform of structural design competition are put forward. The ideas and measures provided in this paper have good reference value for the comprehensive reform of training civil engineering applied talents.
