摘要
高校作为人才培养的基地,不仅要提升对学生专业知识和学习技能的培养水平,也要结合学生的实际需求,建构完整的高效心理健康教育评估机制,从而更好地优化人才培养模式。文章从高校心理健康评估的研究背景出发,对高校心理健康教育受到新媒体影响因素进行简要分析,并着重阐释了高校心理健康教育优化改革的基本路径,旨在为教师提供有价值的参考建议。
As the base of talent training, colleges and universities should not only raise the training level of stu- dents" professional knowledge and learning skills, but also construct a complete evaluation system of mental health ed- ucation. It can optimize the training mode of the talents in combination with the students" actual needs. In this paper, the factors, among which psychological health education of colleges and universities are influenced by the new media in the context of the assessment of mental health education, are briefly analyzed, and the paper also highlights the basic path of the reform in the mental health education, providing teachers with valuable reference.
