摘要
直博生作为拔尖创新人才是推动高校发展的持久动力和有力支撑,但配套的考核管理制度并不完善。结合我校直博生考核现状,提出择优遴选、课程考试、资格考试、中期考核、毕业及授予学位等连环考核方式及相应的分流渠道,同时指出畅通分流渠道等改进措施,以推动高效的直博生培养模式建立,提高直博生培养质量。
Direct PhD is a lasting power and strong support to promote the development of university as topnotch innovative personnel, but the evaluation management system is not perfect. Combining with the evaluation man- agement of our school's direct PhD, The way for a serial examination and the relevant distributary channel is put forward, including preferential selection, course examination, qualification test, mid-term examination, graduation and degrees conferred. And improvement measures are point out, such as how to open diversion channel. Thereby the efficient training pattern of direct PhD is promoted, and cultivation quality of direct PhD is improved.
