军校学员综合评定系统的初步开发

随着军队改革和国防现代化建设的稳步推进,《军队生长干部学员毕业分配规定》的出台极大地激发了军校学员的学习热情。为简化毕业评定工作,配合将来有可能实施的全程淘汰制度,初步开发了实时学员综合排名的军校学员综合评定系统,从而提高军校教育管理的工作效率,显著提升未来新军事人才的综合素质水平。
