大学生党员干部可以说是大学生中的骨干分子,而且也是学校的突击队,在众多学生中间起着重要的先锋表率的作用,是连接学生以及教师,学生与学校的重要纽带和沟通的桥梁,是推动学校政治教育的重要载体和保证,所以充分学生党员干部的引导作用是非常重要的,而要提高其引领作用首先就是要提高学生党员对党性的认识和领悟,只有对党性进行充分的理解,并且能够进行坚决的贯彻才能充分发挥其干部引领力,故在文章中我们主要对此进行了简单的分析与探讨。
