以地方人才需求为导向的高职会计人才培养模式探讨

随着区域经济的发展,地方人才的需求也逐渐加大。为培养出满足地方需求的高素质、应用型会计人才,需要高职院校构建出科学有效的会计人才培养模式。文章从地方会计人才需求能力的角度出发,提出基于地方人才需求,调整人才培养方案;根据职业能力要求,转变人才培养方式;强化校企长效互动,确定人才培养目标的模式,旨在深化教学改革,促进现代化建设。

With the development of the regional economy, local talent demand is also gradually increasing. To develop to meet the local needs of high-quality talents, higher vocational colleges need to construct a scientific and effective training mode of accounting talents. From the demand ability of local accounting personnel point of view , this paper put forward to adjust the talent training scheme based on the local talent demand, change the personnel training mode according to the requirements of occupation ability, improve the long＇term interaction between school and enterprise, determine the target of talent training mode in order to deepen the teaching reform, and promote the modernization construction.
