摘要
编外讲师制度是德国学者进入学术生涯的起点,是19世纪柏林大学馈赠世界高等教育的瑰宝。文章通过介绍编外讲师制度,挖掘其背后的观念支持,并分析该制度的优缺点,为我们思考健全高校教师准入机制、完善高校学术自由保障机制和保持高校教师独特品性提供了有益的启示。
The system of private docent is the starting point of German scholars entering academic career, is a treasure of the University of Berlin in nineteenth Century giving to higher education worldwide. This paper digs con- ceptual support behind this system, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages, helps us to reflect on the questions such as how to improve the access mechanism of university teachers, perfect the guarantee mechanism of academic freedom and maintain the uniaue character of university teachers.
