变压器海上运输的紧固措施优化研究

Optimization of fastening measures for transformer marine transportation

大型变压器的紧固是其在海上运输过程中的重要问题.本文针对大型变压器海上运输中的动力响应进行分析,并针对预压力紧固措施基于实际可行的实施方案进行紧固优化研究,并验证了优化方案各滑块的稳定性.结果表明,优化后的紧固压力分布更均匀,紧固效果更好.

In this paper,the dynamic response of large transformer in marine transportation was analyzed,and the fastening measures of pre-tightening force were studied and optimized in terms of feasible implementation process,the sliding stabilities of cushion blocks of optimized measure were verified. Results show that the distribution of tightening force after optimization is more uniform,and fastening effect is better.
