组合抽吸槽对跨声速压气机转子性能影响的数值研究 被引量:2

摘要 为探究附面层抽吸对跨声速压气机转子内部流动状态及气动性能的影响,利用数值方法对其进行模拟研究.针对压气机转子上端壁激波及泄漏涡等复杂流动结构带来的流动损失做附面层抽吸处理,抽吸流量为主流2%,抽吸位置在上机匣处.分别讨论3种不同抽吸方案,最终改型方案效率最高提升2.05%,压比最多提升3.34%.结果表明,在合适的机匣位置进行大流量抽吸,能够很好地改善跨声速压气机转子内部流动状态,提高转子气动性能. In order to explore the influence of boundary layer suction on the flow state and aerodynamic performance of transonic compressor rotor,a numerical simulation was carried out. For the flow loss caused by complicated flow structure at the upper end of the compressor rotor,such as the shock wave and the leakage vortex,the boundary layer suction was set at upper end-wall,and the flow rate is 2% of the main flow rate. Three different suction schemes were discussed,the efficiency of final modification scheme is improved by 2. 05%and the pressure ratio is improved by 3. 34% at most. Results show that the large flow suction in a suitable position of the casing can improve the internal flow state and aerodynamic performance of transonic compressor rotor.
