关于应用型本科院校人才供给侧改革的思考

Reflections on the Supply-side Reform of Talents in Applied Undergraduate Universities

"供给侧改革"就是从供给、生产端入手,通过解放生产力,提升竞争力促进经济发展。随着我国经济的发展,对于我国的高等教育也提出了更高的要求,高等院校向社会提供什么样的劳动力和技术,会直接影响到我国的经济发展。因此,高等教育也要面临供给侧改革,应用型本科院校为经济建设和社会发展提供人才和技术支持,特别是为各行各业提供一线人才和技术服务,也属于社会供给侧的重要组成部分。本文主要讨论的就是应用型本科院校的人才供给侧改革。

＂Supply-side reform＂, with the supply and production side as the starting point, aims to promote economic development by liberating productivity and enhancing competitiveness. With the development of China＇s economy, higher requirements have been put forward for higher education in our country, and the labor and technology provided by institutions of higher learning will exert direct influence on China＇s economic development. Therefore, higher education should also face supply-side reform. Applied undergraduate universities provide intellectual and technical support for economic construction and social development, so they constitute an important part in the supply-side. This paper mainly discusses the supply-side reform of talents in applied undergraduate universities.
