摘要
情景教学模式是来源现实又高于现实,实现在情景中感悟,情景中领会,从而在一种真实感中让师生愉悦地实现教学目标的一种教学模式。本文通过对当前"行政组织学"情景教学模式的分析,并进行必要性的探讨及优化,为今后的"行政组织学"情景教学模式更好地发展提供优化策略。
Situational teaching mode originates from reality but transcends reality. It is a teaching mode in which teachers and students achieve the teaching objective happily in the experience of situations. Through the analysis of the current situational teaching mode of "Administrative Organization", this paper explores and optimizes it, and then provides an optimization strategy for its development in the course.
