旅游类高职生职业素养的结构探索与问卷编制

摘要 为探究旅游类高职院校学生职业素养的结构,编制适用于我国旅游类高职院校学生职业素养的问卷,在文献分析的基础上,结合开放式问卷调查和深度访谈,经内容分析后初步构建旅游类高职院校学生职业素养的理论结构,并在分析整理的基础上编制旅游类高职院校学生职业素养问卷,对调查数据进行处理分析,结果表明:(1)旅游类高职院校学生职业素养包括职业意识、职业态度、职业能力、职业行为四个维度;(2)编制的旅游类高职院校学生职业素养问卷的信效度指标均达到心理测量学要求。 In order to develop the questionnaire of professional accomplishment of students in tourism higher vocational colleges, this paper first defined the construct of professional accomplishment, and compiled a preliminary questionnaire to measure the professional accomplishment of students in tourism higher vocational colleges, based on the previous literature and the open questionnaire survey, open questionnaire and depth interview. Through the analysis of survey data, the results showed that the questionnaire was composed of four dimensions, which were professional awareness, occupational attitude, vocational ability, professional behavior. The questionnaire was reliable and valid enough to be applicable to measure students in tourism higher vocational colleges.
