摘要
随着现在教育水平的不断提高,小学教育作为教育最初的最重要的部分,具有非常重要的作用。在教育中指出,教育实践中需要特别注意学生之间的差异性,对于集体组成的群体中,做到"因材施教",这一教学策略对于全面提高教学质量十分有效,所谓分层教学是指对于一个整体学子,根据不同层次的学生水平,准备不同层次的备课,再进行不同方式的传授,采用对应的不同层次的考核与评价,以实现素质教学,学习的协调,以使得在教学中教学效果达到最高。语文教育中,课堂传授是一种学习的重要途径,在这最重要途径上实现分层教育,对全面提高学生的素质是十分有效的。
With the continuous improvement of education level, primary education, the most important part of education, has a very important role. In education, we need to pay special attention to the differences between students in educational practice. For the collective group, the "individualized" teaching strategy is very effective to improve the quality of teaching, and the so-called hierarchical teaching, meaning different levels of lesson preparation, different levels of teaching, and different levels of assessment, for different levels of students, aims to achieve quality-oriented teaching and improve teaching effect.
