《临床综合能力训练课程》教学满意度的调查研究

摘要 目的探讨我校开设的《临床综合能力训练课程》在教学中的满意度。方法选取参加该课程的2010级七年制学生11人和该课程的授课教师7人,共18人为研究对象。独立设计调查问卷,在课程整体教学结束后发放调查问卷给该课程的授课教师和参加课程的学生,统计满意度等指标。结果问卷调查结果显示,教师及学生较满意度为11.0%,其中教师满意度为14.2%,学生满意度为9.0%;教师及学生很满意度为88.0%,其中教师很满意度为85.7%,学生很满意度为90.9%。结论本研究对授课教师和参加课程的学生的调查显示,该课程对提高临床医学生的临床综合能力和思维能力有帮助,有较高的满意度。 Objective To explore the teaching satisfaction of "'clinical comprehensive ability training course"in our school. Methods The method of questionnaires was used. The 11 students of seven years that enrolled in 2010 and 7 teachers of the course were selected to research. After the end of the whole course, the questionnaires are given to the teachers and the students who attend the course.The 18 questionnaires were done finally. The satisfaction index was calculated. Results Questionnaire results showed that, teachers and students general satisfaction was 11.0%.The teacher satislhction was 14.2% and the student satisfaction was about 9.0% in the general satisfaction. Teachers and students higher satisthction was 88.0%.The teacher higher satisfaction was 85.7%.Student higher satislhction was 90.9%. Conclusion This course is helpful to improve the clinical comprehensive ability and thinking ability of clinical medical students. The course have a higher satislhctory degree of satisfaction, and can continue to carry out.
