摘要
目的探讨以问题为导向的教学方法(PBL)在骨外科临床教学中的应用及效果。方法将入组学生随机分组,试验组采用PBL案例教学模式,对照组应用传统教学法,比较两组教学效果。结果两组实习生的临床技能考核成绩差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);质量评价结果中教学态度、教学内容、教学方法差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论应用PBL案例教学模式进行骨外科临床教学是一种有效的教学方法。
Objective To explore the application and effect of problem based teaching method (PBL) in clinical teaching of orthopedic department. Methods The students were randomly divided into two groups. The test group applied the PBL case teaching method and the control group applied traditional methods. The results of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of clinical skills assessment in test group were better than control group (P〈0.0 1). There was statistically significant difference in the teaching attitude, teaching content and teaching method (P〈0.01). Conclusion PBL case teaching method is very effectively measure in in clinical teaching of orthopedic department.
