摘要 生物安全教育课程是实验诊断学教学体系重要组成部分,由于医学实验室有其自身的特殊性,要求学生具备较强生物安全意识和较高的实验操作技能,不规范操作将会导致一系列的重大生物安全问题。生物安全的教学仍主要采用传统的灌输法,学生被动接受教学内容,课堂气氛呆板、空洞。在生物安全教学中应用案例教学法可培养学生主动获取知识和综合运用知识的能力,弥补传统教学方法的不足,取得较好的教学效果,受到学生和带教教师的好评。 Bin-safety curriculum is an important part in laboratory diagnosis teaching, because of the peculiarity of medical laboratory, students are required to have a strong bin-safety consciousness in experimental operating, irregular operation will lead to severe bin-safety accidents. The teaching of bin-safety is still dominated by the traditional instilling learning .Students passively accept the teaching content and the classroom atmosphere is dull and inactive. Application of case-based learning in the teaching of bin-safety curriculum can make students acquire and use of knowledge initiatively. Consequently, it makes up the deficiency of traditional teaching methods and achieves a better teaching effect, which is praised by students and teachers.
