In order to enhance the quality education for pharmacy students, the important chemical biologists who have significant impact on the modern medicinal chemistry and their typical stories are reviewed. In the medicinal chemistry class, we can teach the important scientists and their deeds. In this way, the teaching content will be more vivid, and the courage of students to overcome the failure in research and life will be cultured. Students＇ creativity and innovation can be encouraged. Thus the literacy of the students will be improved.
