摘要
教学督导是教学实施中保证和提高质量的重要措施之一,为提高教学质量,保证教学效果,临床学院制订了教学督导集体听课制度,并在临床教学中坚持广泛开展。经过几年的实践,取得了较好的效果,保障了教学质量。现对该制度的实施方法、执行情况、实际效果和不足方面做了客观的分析和介绍。
Teaching supervision is one of the important measures to guarantee and improve the teaching quality. In order to improve the teaching quality and guarantee the teaching effect, clinical college formulated a system which was collective supervision on lectures by teaching supervisors, and adhered to develop extensively in the clinical teaching. After several years of practice, good results have been achieved and the teaching quality has been ensured. In this article, the implementation of the method and system, the actual effect and insufficiency has made the objective analysis and introduction.
