我院2014——2016年门诊用药咨询的回顾性分析

Retrospective Analysis of Outpatient Drug Consultation in Our Hospital From 2014 to 2016

目的探讨社区卫生服务中心门诊药物咨询特征。方法建立药物咨询记录,总结咨询内容特征。结果咨询内容主要集中在用法用量、配伍联用和不良反应,分别占30.4%、14.4%和14.2%;咨询的药物种类主要为心脑血管系统药物、内分泌系统药物和骨关节病药物,分别占28.0%、22.4%和16.0%。结论用药咨询服务是提高医院临床药学服务质量、推进合理用药的重要途径。

Objective To investigate the characteristics of outpatient drug consultation of community health service centers. Methods Consultation record was set up to summarize the content. Results The content of the consultation was mainly focused on dosage, compatibility and adverse reaction, accounting for 30.4%, 14.4% and 14.2%, respectively. The types of drugs were mainly focused on cardiovascular, endocrine drugs and osteoarthritis drugs, accounting for 28.0%, 22.4% and 16.0%, respectively. Conclusion Drug consultation service is an important way to improve the quality of clinical pharmacy service in hospital.
