胃癌组织中Fibulin-5的表达及其与患者预后的关系 被引量:8

The expression and prognostic significance of Fibulin-5 in gastric carcinoma

摘要 目的研究Fibulin-5在胃癌组织中的表达及其与患者预后的关系。方法选择武汉大学中南医院胃腺癌90例,采用免疫组织化学方法检测胃癌和癌旁组织中Fibulin-5蛋白的表达情况,并分析其与患者临床病理指标的关系。结果Fibulin-5在胃癌组织中的表达高于癌旁组织f细胞质:(6.2±4.2)比(5.13-3.7);细胞核:(7.2±3.8)比(4.9±2.5),均P〈0.05]。细胞质中Fibulin-5的表达与胃癌患者的年龄正相关(r=0.213,P=0.044),与胃癌患者的总生存率负相关(25%比56%,P=0.027),并且是独立预后因子(P=0.037)。结论Fibulin-5是胃癌的一个独立预后因子,其在胃癌组织中的表达与患者生存期的缩短有关。 Objective To study the expression of Fibulin-5 in gastric cancer and its correlation with the prognosis of gastric cancer. Methods Tissue chips from 90 gastric cancer cases were used to study the expression of Fihulin-5 protein in cancer tissue and para-carcinoma tissue by immunohistochemistry, and analyze the correlation of Fibulin-5 expression and clinical pathological characteristics. Results The expression of Fibulin-5 in gastric cancer tissue was higher than that of para-carcinoma tissue [ cytoplasm : (6.2±4.2) vs. (5.1±3.7); nucleus:(7.2 ±3.8) vs. (4.9 ±2.5), all P 〈0.05], which was positively related with patient' s age ( r = 0. 213, P = 0. 044 ) in the cytoplasm of cancerous tissue. The expression of Fibulin-5 in the cytoplasm of cancerous tissue was negatively related with patient's overall survival (25% vs. 56%, P = 0.027), which was an independent predictor (P = 0.037) . Conclusion Fibulin-5 is an independent prognostic factor of gastric cancer, its expression might be related with shortend patient's survival time.
