长段髂动脉闭塞性病变的腔内治疗

摘要 随着腔内技术的不断发展，腔内治疗（endovascnlar therapy，EVT）已经成为髂动脉硬化闭塞症的首选治疗方式。2012年12月至2015年12月赣州市人民医院对20例长段髂动脉闭塞性病变患者进行了EVT，病变分型均符合泛大西洋协作组织（transatlantic inter-Society consensus。TASC）Ⅱ治疗指南的D型下肢动脉硬化闭塞症（peripheral arterial disease．PAD）病变．现报道如下。
