孤立性肠系膜上动脉夹层致空肠闭锁一例
摘要
患者男，53岁，3个月前餐后出现剧烈腹痛，当地医院上腹部增强cT示孤立肠系膜上动脉夹层（图1），次日局麻下行肠系膜上动脉经皮腔内血管成形术，术中真腔重度狭窄，导丝无法通过，未完成手术。术后保守治疗，症状反复，伴发热，来长海医院就诊。既往吸烟，有高血压史。
