脉冲磁场对高磁感取向硅钢初次再结晶晶粒尺寸的影响 被引量:5

Effect of pulse magnetic field on primary recrystallization grain size of high magnetic induction oriented silicon steel

摘要 利用二次检测的方法,通过对比普通退火处理和脉冲磁场退火处理,研究不同温度下脉冲磁场对高磁感取向硅钢初次再结晶晶粒尺寸的影响。结果表明:随着温度的升高,平均晶粒尺寸增大,且温度小于780℃脉冲磁场促进晶粒长大,温度大于780℃脉冲磁场抑制晶粒长大。此外脉冲磁场抑制小晶粒和中小晶粒数量减少,促进大晶粒数量增加。 Effect of pulse magnetic field on primary recrystallization grain size of high magnetic induction oriented silicon steel in different temperature was studied by means of the second test method,by comparing the conventional annealing and pulsed magnetic field annealing.The results show that with temperature increasing,the average grain size increases. And below 780 ℃,pulsed magnetic field promotes grain growth,and above 780 ℃,the magnetic field inhibits the growth. In addition,the pulse magnetic field inhibits the quantities of small and medium size grains and promote the quantities of big size grains.
