摘要
对18Cr Ni Mo7-6齿轮零件真空渗碳工艺过程进行了研究。结果表明:在4200 Pa渗碳压力、合适渗扩比、保压25 s及11个渗碳脉冲条件下,18Cr Ni Mo7-6齿轮经950℃真空渗碳、850℃油淬及150℃×2 h回火处理后,渗碳层深度1.18 mm,碳化物等级1级,并且渗碳后齿轮的硬度可达727.9 HV0.5,完全符合工艺要求。
Vacuum carburizing process for 18 Cr Ni Mo7-6 gear parts was studied. The results show that under the condition of 4200 Pa carburizing pressure,suitable permeability and expansion ratio,pressure maintaining 25 s and the condition of 11 carburizing pulses,the18 Cr Ni Mo 7-6 gear vacuum carburized at 950 ℃,and 850 ℃ oil quenched and 150 ℃ × 2 h tempered fully meet the technical requirements with 1. 18 mm carburized layer depth,1 grade carbide and 727. 9 HV0. 5 hardness.
