某小区道路OGFC-13面层压实工艺研究

摘要 与密级配沥青混凝土相比,OGFC排水式沥青面层在材料和结构上均有自身显著特点,但现行标准并没有对OGFC沥青面层压实工艺进行特别的说明。非机动车道、公园及小区道路、停车场等低等级道路在施工时因各种因素很少铺筑试验段,且所采用的压实器械与高等级道路压实器械不尽相同,盲目参照以往压实经验将导致铺筑质量无法保证。本文是在某小区道路铺筑OGFC-13试验段的基础上,通过压实器械、压实温度及压实遍数的不同组合拟定了6种压实方案,并对各方案的压实效果进行分析对比,进而得出低等级道路OGFC-13面层的最佳压实工艺组合,以供类似工程参考。 Compared with dense graded asphalt concrete,open graded friction course has its significant characteristics in both material and structure,but current standards haven't given some special instructions for it. The test section was rarely paved in non-motorized lanes,parks and residential roads,parking and other low-grade roads before construction due to various factors. Compaction equipment in low-grade roads and high-grade roads are not the same. Refer to the past compaction experience may lead to a poor paving quality. This paper is based on the OGFC-13 test section of a community road. Six different compaction process combinations were prepared by different compaction equipments,compaction temperature and compaction times. The compaction effect of those combinations were analyzed and compared with each other. We then obtain the optimum compaction process combination of OGFC-13 in low-grade roads,and provide a reference for similar projects.
