摘要
依据高新技术中小企业融资的博弈分析 ,认为在不完全信息条件下高新技术中小企业可充分利用其融资的信息优势 ,形成其成功的融资对策。
The paper analyses the financing problems of Hi-tech Small & Middle Sized Enterprise(SME) by game theory. And it draws the conclusion that Hi-tech SME can fully utilize superiority of information in financing without sufficient information and take successful tactics in financing.
