十堰市三线建设文化遗产及其保护与开发

On Protection and Development of Third-Line Construction Cultural Heritage in Shiyan

三线建设是20世纪60年代我国政府基于战备考虑而作出的重大战略决策。十堰是三线建设成功的案例之一。十堰三线建设取得了辉煌的成就,留下了宝贵的三线建设文化遗产。但在保护和开发这份遗产方面却存在着缺乏系统规划和相应措施,缺乏专业机构和人员,宣传不到位,没有充分发挥其作用等问题。这就要求十堰在文化遗产普查、组建文化遗产研究机构、加大宣传力度,加快推进三线建设文化产业园建设等方面进行探索和努力。

The third-line construction is a great strategic decision based on combat readiness,which is made by our government in the 1960s. Shiyan is one of the most successful cities of the strategy. The third-hne construction of Shiyan has made brilhant achievements with valuable cultural heritage. However,there is the lack of systematic planning and corresponding measures,the professional institutions and personnel,even publicity and other issues did not give full play to its role in the protection and development of the heritage. Therefore,it is required to make careful exploration and efforts in the cultural heritage＇s census,in the formation of cultural heritage research institutions,in increasing pubhcity efforts to speed up the construction of cultural industry park.
