摘要
"互联网+精准扶贫"是我国政府十三五规划的一项重要内容。本文对电商精准扶贫的内涵进行分析,探讨国内较为成功的遂昌、通榆和成县模式,提出更适合十堰电商精准扶贫的"生产方+服务商+农民网商"模式,并尝试提出实施保障措施。
Internet plus targeted poverty alleviation is an important part of the 13th Five-Year Plan for Economic and Social Development of P. R.C. This paper analyzes the connation of e-commerce in targeted poverty alleviation,studies successful examples in Suichang、Tongyu and Chengxian,and puts forward a new mode named ＂manufacturer plus service provider plus farmer e-businessman＂ and suggests some implementation measures.
