Function of Psychology Associations in Mental Health Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

着眼于高职院校心理社团的现状,从心理健康调研、关注身心健康、提升心理调节能力、开展朋辈互助和营造校园文化等方面分析心理社团的积极作用,在积极心理学视角下提出推动高职院校心理类社团发展的建议。

This paper focuses on the status of psychological associations in vocational colleges, and analyzes the positive role of psychological associations from the aspects of mental health research, attention to physical and mental health, ability promotion of psychological adjustment,peer mutual aid and campus culture creation,and puts forward some suggestions to promote the development of psychological associations in vocational colleges from the aspects of positive psychology perspective.
