摘要
针对强非均质性致密储层,为了提高压裂效率、降低成本、保护环境,杏子川采油厂于2014年从改进开发工艺角度出发,采用了新引进的LY-20型滑套分层压裂工艺,对该工艺的工作原理及应用效果进行了探讨和分析,并与常规封上压下工艺现场实践进行对比。结果表明:LY-20型滑套分层压裂工艺对纵向上多层叠置、横向上层位变化大、层内隔夹层发育,具有强非均质性的致密储层,在开发的过程中,可以消除层间干扰,实现多层同时压裂,缩短作业周期,节约返冲液体,降低压裂难度,消除安全隐患,降低环境污染和消除井喷。LY-20型滑套分层压裂工艺,对于高效环保的开发强非均质性致密储层,具有较好的经济效益和环保性能。
According to the considerably heterogeneous tight reservoir, in order to improve the efficiency of fracturing, reduce cost, protect environment, and improve development technique, Xingzichuan oil field introduced LY - 20 sliding sleeve stratified fracturing device in 2014. This paper provided discussion and analysis for the working principle and application effect of this technique comparing with sealing up screwing down technique field practice. The result showed that LY -20 sliding sleeve stratified fracturing device was suitable to the low permeability tight reservoir because of multi - layer overlapped along longitudinal direction, great vertical in the lateral direction, containing many impermeable interbeds, and become considerably heterogeneous, and it could eliminate interlayer interference, fracture several layers at the same time, and this technique could short the working period, save recurrent liquid, reduce environmental pollution effectively , eliminate well blowout and hidden danger. So LY -20 sliding sleeve stratified fracturing device had better economic benefit and environmental protection performance reaching a good development economic benefit and environmental protection performance .
