摘要 纳米微乳是粒径介于10~100 nm的特殊乳剂,能够提高易降解物质的生物利用度和对环境的耐受性,具有诸多优点。维生素又是畜禽机体代谢中不可缺少的物质,影响动物健康和生长生产性能。将纳米微乳技术运用到复合维生素生产制作中,弥补了传统工艺生产的复合维生素添加量大、吸收率低等缺点。本综述对纳米微乳的基本概念和类型,制备方法以及纳米微乳维生素在畜禽生产上的应用研究作一简述。 Nanoemulsion is a kind of emulsion which partical size is 10-100 nm and has many advantages such as improving bioavailability of degradable materials and tolerance to environment. Vitamin is essential nutriment for metabolism of animals and beneficial to animals’ health and production performance. So the application of nanotechnology in compound vitamin production can cover the shortage of traditional technology that the compound vitamin is high consumption and low absorptivity. This review is aimed to make a description of nanoemulsion including conception, type and preparation method as well as application of compound vitamin nanoemulsion in livestock husbandry.
