摘要
为提高污泥热解的产氢量,根据污泥、秸秆、焦油的组成特点和热解特性,利用管式热解炉研究了污泥、秸秆、焦油以及三者混合热解的产气分布情况,着重研究了温度和焦油配比对混合热解产气分布的影响。结果表明:热解温度800℃以上焦油产气产氢明显增加,能够实现二次裂解,1 000℃时,H_2体积分数达到33.8%;添加秸秆与焦油,提高了混合原料的挥发分含量与含水率,随着温度的升高,热解残炭与液态产物减少,产气量增多,气相中氢气体积分数相应提高到36%;焦油量进一步增加时,气化产率下降,气相中氢气体积分数增幅不大,维持在40%左右。研究污泥/秸秆/焦油的混合热解,在实现资源化利用的同时,为污泥、生物质与焦油等污染物的处理提供了新途径。
In order to enhance the yield of hydrogen from sludge pyrolysis,the gaseous distribution of co-pyrolysis of sludge with straw and tar is studied based on the component properties and pyrolysis characteristics of sludge,straw and tar.The effect of temperature and tar ratio on the gaseous distribution is focused investigated.The results indicate that tar performes the secondary cracking and generated amounts of gaseous with hydrogen especially when the temperature is higher than 800 ℃,and the volume fraction of hydrogen can reach up to 33.8% when the temperature is 1 000 ℃.Additionally,sludge coupled with straw and tar owning high volatile constituents and water,the yields of liquid and solid reduce with the temperature rising,which facilitate the production of hydrogen-rich gases and the H_2 content of gaseous production reaches maximum 36%.Whereas,gasification rate declines and the H_2 content enhances slightly with the ratio of tar increasing further,the H_2 content mainly maintains 40%.Studying co-pyrolysis of sludge with straw and tar can realize the resource utilization,and provide a new approach to treat the pollutants of sludge,straw and tar.
