摘要 为提高环氧树脂的性能,采用含氟硅聚氨酯预聚体(FSPUP)为改性剂对环氧树脂进行了改性研究。对1,3,5-三甲基-1,3,5-三(3,3,3-三氟丙基)环三硅氧烷(D_3F)进行开环聚合,合成了羟基氟硅油;使用3-(2-氨乙基)-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷(SCA-603)对其封端,制得氨基氟硅油;再使用异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚醚二醇和氨基氟硅油进行反应,制得异氰酸基团封端的含氟硅聚氨酯预聚物。以制备的聚氨酯预聚物与环氧树脂(E-51)合成改性环氧树脂(FSPUP/EP),并用FT-IR表征,研究了FSPUF的加入量对改性环氧树脂体系力学性能的影响。通过动态热机械分析(DMA)研究了FSPUP/EP固化物的阻尼性能,用TG研究了FSPUP/EP的耐热性能。结果表明:随着FSPUP的加入,改性环氧树脂的力学性能、阻尼性能和耐热性能都获得了很大提高。 In order to improve the performance of epoxy resin, the modification of epoxy resin by silicane and fluorine containing polyurethane prepolymer (FSPUP) is studied. 1,3,5-Tris ( (3,3,3-trifluoropropyl) methyl) cyclotrisiloxane ( D3 F) is open loop poly- merized to form hydroxyl fluorosilicone oil which is further end-capped with 3-( 2-amino ethyl amino) propyl trimethoxysilane (SCA- 603 ) to form amine-terminated fluorosilicone. Then isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) , polyether glycols and amino fluorosilieone oil is reacted to obtain isoeyanate group-terminated silicane and fluorine containing polyurethane prepolymer, which is used to prepare modi- fied epoxy resin (FSPUP/EP) with epoxy resin (E-51). The structure of the modified epoxy resin is characterized via FT-IR. The effects of different contents of polyurethane on mechanical properties, damping properties and heat resistance of the modified epoxy res- in system are studied. The results show that with the addition of the polyurethane prepolymer, the mechanical properties, damping properties and heat resistance of the modified epoxy resin are greatly improved.
