摘要 针对雷达数字T/R组件自动测试系统的特点进行分析,提出基于标准件的T/R组件自动测试系统校准办法,给出了校准方法的不确定度分析方法,利用重复性和稳定性选择合适的标准T/R组件。 According to the analysis of the characteristics of the automatic test system（ ATS） of radar digital T / R module,the calibration methods of the ATS of the T / R module are proposed based on the standard component,and the uncertainty analysis methods are also given. The suitable standard T / R module is selected based on repeatability and stability.
