东川洒海村铜矿开采与环境问题研究

A Study on the Copper Mining and Environmental Problems in Sahai Village, Dongchuan County

生态文明建设作为国家的一项重要战略规划,需要稳定的社会秩序作为保障,不然,建设生态文明只是一句空话。通过多次赴东川洒海村进行田野调查,发现该村存在着严重的环境问题,这些环境问题与铜矿开采有着密切的关系。而这些环境问题又引起严峻的矛盾冲突和纠纷,威胁着村子的稳定,极不利于该村生态文明建设的开展。

As an important strategic planning of the country, the construction of ecological civilization requires stable social order. Otherwise, the construction of ecological civilization is just empty talk. The author went to Sahai village in Dongchuan County to carry out field investigation for many times and found that there are serious environmental problems in the village, and there is a close relationship between these problems and the copper mining. These environmental problems have caused serious conflicts and disputes, threatening the stability of the village, which is not conductive to the construction of ecological civilization in the village.
