摘要
介绍了铜电积工业的发展趋势,对铜电积所应用的装备创新进行了论述。经过优化,铜电积系统电能消耗减少,维护成本降低,可运行电流密度更高,环境更友好。
This paper introduces the development trend oi Cu-EW industry and equipment innovation in Cu-EW.After the optimization,the power consumption of Cu-EW system can be reduced with lower maintenance cost,higher operating current density and better environmental friendliness.
