摘要
为了解决稀土氟化炉中出现的各层氟化率不均匀问题,以立式稀土氟化炉反应器为研究对象,经过合理简化,建立了数学模型。利用CFD软件对模型进行计算求解,得到反应区温度场和流场的分布云图,对温度场和流场进行分析,并使用MATLAB对模型计算所得数据进行作图处理,结果表明:局部存在温度不均或气体滞留死区问题。研究了氟化炉内不同层间氟化率与传热状态的关系以及流场分布对氟化效果的影响,并提出了改进措施。
In order to solve the problem of the uneven efficiency of fluorination in the rare earth fluorination furnace,a mathematical model of vertical rare earth fluorination reactor was established by reasonable simplification.Distributed information of flow and temperature field was obtained by using CFD software.And then the flow and temperature field were analyzed in details and the calculate data was generated into graphic with the help of MATLAB.The results show that some defaults like local temperature deficiencies or the existing stranded dead zone.Finally,the relationship of the uneven efficiency of fluorination and heat transfer,and the effect of flow field on fluorination were both explained,and the improvement measures were put forward.
