摘要
建立了供用电检查人员使用的资料审查存储结构和评价模型,研究审查资料的影响因素及关联度,并将影响因素及子因素表示为关联度特征矩阵,从而为用电检查人员资料审查提供依据。以国家电网上海市电力公司的用电检查人员资料审查实训系统为应用案例,开发了基于树型二叉树模型的实训系统,系统提供良好的用电资料查询功能,可提高用电资料的排查效率。
The storage structure and evaluation model for the information on electricity supply and consumption used by supervisory personnel were established to investigate the influencing factors and correlation of data checking. The influencing factors and sub-factors were expressed as the correlation characteristic matrix, so as to provide supervisory personnel the basis for checking of power utilization. The practical training system based on the binary tree model was developed based on the case study of the training system in Shanghai Electric Power Company of the State Grid established for the supervisory personnel to check the data of power utilization. The system provides a favorable query function about the information of power consumption and improve the efficiency of the investigation of the data on electricity consumption.
