摘要
基于热力学关系式,介绍了不锈钢返回吹氧法中降碳保铬的理论基础与实际生产应用的简化计算式,对40t电炉采用返回吹氧法冶炼GX12CrMoWVNbN10-1-1时影响碳铬平衡的关键参数,如开吹温度的选择、冶炼中期升温速率的控制、吹氧终点温度的选择等进行了分析,同时提出了实际生产中保证与提高铬收得率的措施。
Based on the thermodynamic relation, gave an introduction on the theoretical basis for carbon reduction and chromium protection in stainless steel back-blowing oxygen method as well as its simplified calculation formula. The key parameters affecting the balance of carbon and chromium were analyzed when 40 t electric furnace adopted back-blowing oxygen to smelt GX12CrMoWVNbN10-1 1 while these key parameters involve the selection of the start-point temperature for oxygen-blowing, the control of heating rate at intermediate stage and the selection of end-point temperature for oxygen- blowing etc. At the same time, the measures to guarantee and improve the yield of chromium were put forward.
