摘要
巴基斯坦为尽快解决电力供应短缺问题并吸引投资,正不断制定并完善煤电项目前端电价的定价指导文件。对这些指导文件进行了介绍,论述了其电价组成的模型设计,同时对电价模型中的风险进行了分析。
In order to solve the problem of power supply shortage and to attract investment, Pakistan is developing and perfecting the guidance document on front end electricity pricing of coal power projects. Introduced the guidance documents, discussed the pattern design of power rate composition, and at the same time analyzed the risk in the power rate model
