摘要
近80%金属构件破坏的主要形式是疲劳破坏,构件的疲劳断裂是裂纹逐渐扩展的结果。研究了在不同工况条件下不同潜孔冲击器活塞结构尺寸对初始裂纹长度和临界裂纹长度的影响规律,为潜孔冲击器活塞的设计及工程现场应用提供了理论依据。
Nearly 80% of the main failure modes of metal structures,are fatigue tailure, and the tatlgue Iracmre is the result of the gradual expansion of m-ack. The influence of different sizes of pistons in dowm-the-hole hainmers on initial crack length and critical crack length under different working eorditions was studied, which could provide a theoretical basis for the dowm-the-hole hammer's piston design and,application at engineering field.
