摘要
用具有消融作用的聚乙烯材料制作约束管,以天然石墨粉为原料进行电爆试验。结果表明,约束管对电爆炸石墨粉产物具有良好的高温调控和约束效果;石墨粉发生电爆炸,制备产物中存在球形颗粒、多面体颗粒和片层及褶皱状片层的石墨烯。分析认为,球形颗粒是由爆炸瞬间产物中液相凝固形成;多面体颗粒是气相粒子凝华形成;而爆炸瞬间产生强大的冲击波,使石墨发生层状剥离后形成石墨烯。提高沉积在粉末上的能量密度,制备产物中颗粒状减少,片层状增多。
The electrical explosion test for a natural graphite powder as raw materials was carried out through a constrained tube made of polyethylene material under high energy. The results show that the constrained tube has a good effect of high temperature control and constraint on electrical explosion graphite powder. The spherical particles, polyhedral particles, sheets and wrinkled graphene sheets are obtained in the products. The analysis believes that the liquid phase components that exist in the explosion instant products coagulated to form spherical particles and vapor phase sublimated to polyhedral particles, while the shock wave generated with explosion instant stripped graphite with several layers to form graphene. The particle contents decreased and sheet contents increased in the products when increasing the energy density deposited on the powders.
