摘要 办公建筑因人员数量大、来访客人多、平高峰时间段明显、电梯使用频繁等特点,通常存在人员出入不易控制、通行速度慢,访客预约登记方式单一、访客信息管理水平低、电梯运行效率低、能耗高的问题。办公大堂及电梯厅既是整个办公建筑的核心人行交通节点,也是解决上述问题的关键点。论文将提供1种以办公大堂及电梯厅通道闸为基础,整合出入口控制系统、访客管理系统、自动派梯系统的智能通道管理系统设计方案,达到提高人员出入控制安全性及快速性,增强访客管理灵活性及高效性,提高电梯运行效率及降低能耗的目的。 The office building is characterized by the large number of staff, the large number of visiting guests, the obvious peak time period and the frequent use of elevators. There are usually difficulties in access control, slow speed of access, Fewer visitors appointment way, low level of visitor information management and low elevator operation efficiency, High energy consumption. Office lobby and elevator hall is the core of the entire office building pedestrian traffic nodes, but also to solve the above-mentioned problems of the key points. This paper will provide an intelligent channel management system based on the office lobby and the elevator hall access gate, which integrates the entrance control system, the visitor management system and the automatic dispatching system so as to enhance the safety and speed of the personnel access control, management flexibility rind efficiency, improve the efficiency of elevator operation and reduce energy consumption purposes.
